DAVID FINE,   aged 72,  one of the old and respected residents of Fountain County, died at his home northwest of Wallace Monday morning of cancerous trouble of which he has been afflicted for more than two years.  Mr. Fine was born and reared in the community where he died and passed most of his days as a resident of Jackson  township.   He reared a large family and was always a part of the affairs of the community.  He was married to Katherine Krout and she and the following named children survive:  Mrs. Mary Young and  Susan Boggs of Veedersburg;   Gibbon,  William and Simeon Fine of Waynetown;   Alva Fine of Hillsboro;  Mrs. Leota Young and Mrs. Cordelia  Bellis of Covington.   Two sisters of the deceased are also living,  Mrs. Marie Simpson of New York and Mrs. Katherine Ferguson of Fountain county.  Mr. Fine was a consistent member of the Lutheran church and will be buried at the Lutheran cemetery east of Wallace on Wednesday morning at eleven. -S
